Eligibility Requirements

Coventry's Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plans are open to all Medicare beneficiaries eligible by age or disability who live in the plan’s service area. You must be entitled to Medicare benefits under Part A, be enrolled in Part B, and not have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party
