Coventry’s provider search function below is updated regularly and is based on the particular plan you are selecting.  It is important to know when you enroll with Advantra (HMO/PPO/POS) that services are provided through the plan's delivery system.  Coventry Health Care regularly seeks to broaden the scope of our provider network with additional physicians and hospitals for our Coordinated Care plans (CCP).  However, the availability or continued participation of any one doctor, hospital, or other provider cannot be guaranteed.

While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our CCP provider network is subject to change without notice, so even if a member is referred by their physician to a provider, members should always verify that the provider they choose is participating in our network before they receive services.
