Advantra PPO provides a balance between structure and flexibility.  With this plan, retirees have access to care through Coventry Health Care’s network of contracted hospitals and physicians, as well as the option of going outside of the network and still receiving coverage for services.  

Advantra PPO is available in an increasing number of markets and provides a variety of options beyond traditional Medicare and supplemental plans.

Provides members with access to a team of clinicians who act as advocates and who provide personalized care coordination.

More Benefits –

Includes coverage for vision, dental and hearing services, preventive health screenings, fitness club memberships and more (services vary by plan).

Clinical Management –

Provides access to a medical management program that addresses members’ needs across the continuum of care.
