Welcome To My Group Benefits!

My Group Benefits is a web resource for members of employer groups that provides exclusive access to a wealth of information specific to the retiree benefit plan available to you, including plan documents, contact numbers and website links. 

Access to My Group Benefits is only available to members whose employers/plan sponsors have chosen to provide this service.  A login and pass code is required to access the site, which can be obtained by calling the customer service number on the back of your ID card.  You can log on to My Group Benefits through the link at the bottom of this page.

All employer group members also have access to My Online Services, our secure member portal, which is available through the link at the top of this page.  With My Online Services, you may view your personal health information and perform other functions, such as print out an ID card.
