We offer a wide spectrum of products to meet the various needs of your clients. We also make it simple for you to do business with us with our online training and certification programs and dedicated broker support teams.
Broker/Agent Certification Process:
To market/sell Coventry’s Medicare Advantage Coordinated Care Plans (CCPs), agents must successfully complete:
1. The AHIP Medicare marketing training module and test;
2. A CCP overview module and test;
3. and a health plan-specific product training (does not include a test).
The above certification requirements can be accessed online from the Coventry Broker Portal. Your local Coventry health plan team may also contact you about additional training events designed to assist you with additional details on our local Health Plan products.
