Enrollment Information

Depending on your situation, you can enroll in AdvantraRx (PDP) during one of the enrollment periods listed below:

Initial Enrollment Period (IEP)
Begins three months immediately before a person is first eligible to both Medicare Part A and Part B and ends three months after the month of eligibility

Annual Election Period (AEP) also referred to as the “Fall Open Enrollment” season
November 15th – December 31st with plan effective date of January 1st

Special Enrollment Period (SEP)
An SEP is available only under SPECIAL circumstances. Events that qualify you for an SEP include but are not limited to:

• Change in permanent residence that results in moving out of the current plan’s service area;
• Involuntary loss of creditable coverage, such as beneficiaries who are losing coverage through an employer or leaving employer coverage
• Becoming eligible for Medicaid (Dual Eligible)
• Losing dual eligibility status
• Moving into, living or moving out of a long-term care facility

We have made enrollment as easy as possible.  You can sign up for AdvantraRx (PDP) in one of the following ways:

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in AdvantraRx (PDP) through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Online Enrollment Center, located at www.medicare.gov. For more information contact AdvantraRx (PDP) at 1-800-882-3822 (TTY/TDD users call 1-888-788-4010), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Enroll By Telephone

Call us toll-free at 1-800-882-3822 (TDD 1-888-788-4010), 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.  A trained Coventry sales representative can answer any questions and enroll you over the phone.
