You are eligible to enroll in AdvantraRx if:

• You have Medicare Part A (hospital coverage), and/or Medicare Part B (medical and outpatient coverage).

• You live in the AdvantraRx service area.  Click here to identify plans.

• You are not 65 -- but are disabled and have received disability benefits from Social Security or the Railroad Retirement Board for at least 24 months.
