Be ForeverFit

Exercise and nutrition programs can help you be healthier and independent. Advantra® ForeverFit provides membership to any participating gym or health club at no extra cost and with no initiation fees. 

You also get special discounts on a wide variety of vitamins and nutritional supplements, as well as select alternative health services like acupuncture, massage therapy and nutrition counseling. Plus, ForeverFit includes SeniorPhit, an interactive online wellness program that provides personalized planning and coaching for exercise, diet and self-improvement.

Dental, Hearing and Vision Benefits

Many of our plans include coverage to help you take care of your teeth, your hearing and your sight. Benefit options vary by plan, but may include routine check-ups as well as coverage for hearing aids and glasses. It is important to know that continued participation of any one doctor, hospital, or other provider cannot be guaranteed.
